P2P Team Lead

Job Description

As P2P Team Lead within TUI Global Business Services, you will be part of the Global Business Services´ centralisation strategy, working closely with a multicultural team, moreover, you will be responsible for overseeing the E2E process related to the Americas entities within the TGBS division.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Assisting with Supplier accounts management, providing TGBS entities and businesses the right support for the Accounts Payable cycle with accounting activities in accordance with the company policies
• Oversee and/or posting journal entries ensuring proper general ledger coding in accordance with company guidelines providing accuracy for the month-end closing
• Giving support to the P2P Manager, P2P Lead, Finance Managers and other stakeholders within the organisation
• On time payment proposals preparation and supervising the accuracy of payment execution
• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, communicate effectively, and proposing improvements of any identified issues on supplier accounts
• Management of team, supervising the daily work and achieving set objectives

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Business Administration or similar)
• Excellent level of English and Spanish is mandatory, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in P2P (Accounts Payable)
• Knowledge of Asterix and SAP
• Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
• Analytical skills, able to work with large volumes of disparate data
• A methodical, organised approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks
