What will you be doing?
As an intern within the Operations & Delivery Team, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of cruise operations. You will support the preparation, execution, and evaluation of operational processes in the Netherlands and abroad. In addition, you will work closely with various stakeholders and contribute to the smooth delivery of tours and cruise operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Updating suppliers on confirmed bookings and ensuring all relevant information is sent on time prior to guest arrival.
- Booking tour escorts and guides in line with the operational planning and ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Collaborating closely with the Port Operations Manager by collecting and sharing operational feedback.
- Developing and maintaining a feedback document for Tour Directors to support continuous improvement.
- Managing operational changes in detail and handling last-minute requests efficiently, including liaising with international cruise partners and local stakeholders.

Who are you?
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO) programme in Tourism or Business Administration.
- You are available for a graduation internship starting September 2026.
- You have a passion for travel and basic knowledge of various destinations.
- You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
- You are able to work independently, while also thriving in a team environment.
- You have an excellent command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage but not required.
