Job Description
We're looking for a Local Tours Executive to join our Commercial Development team, where you'll play a key role in creating competitive proposals and supporting our digital transformation journey.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Prepare and deliver competitive tour quotations and tailored commercial proposals within agreed deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end tour operations, including bookings, allocations, supplier coordination, and service delivery.
- Monitor tour performance, margins, customer satisfaction, and operational risks, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Support client growth and retention through account management, sales development, and digital platform integration.
- Coordinate internal processes related to bookings, prepayments, ecobills, and operational follow-up.
- Contribute to new product development, market analysis, and continuous improvement of the tours portfolio.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring proven experience in the tours and activities industry, particularly in Product, Commercial or Operations roles.
- Your local tours product knowledge is strong, with an end-to-end understanding from supply to operations perspective.
- You're fluent in English (both verbal and written), and any additional languages would be a bonus. German would be advantageous
- Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you're skilled at negotiating and managing stakeholders whilst balancing customers' and suppliers' needs.
- Your proactive, organised approach to task management, combined with great numerical and reasoning skills, helps you stay on top of multiple priorities.
