Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant and support the operation of the hotel kitchen and outlets by performing essential preparatory, cleaning, and organizational tasks. Your role is vital in ensuring the kitchen functions efficiently and complies with hygiene and safety standards.

This role is located at the TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach, Živogošće, Croatia.

You must be a Croatian or EU citizen to apply for this role. We are recruiting for 5 vacancies to join our international team, with an immediate start available.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assists in preparing the kitchen for operation (cleaning technical equipment, storage areas, refrigeration units, etc.)
• Washes and cleans the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and kitchenware
• Maintains personal hygiene and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Sorts and disposes of waste generated during work processes in designated areas
• Understands and applies sanitary and health regulations for work, and complies with HACCP standards
• Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor and/or the Employer

ABOUT YOU

• Must be an EU Citizen to apply
• Great team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication skills (A good level of English or Croatian is needed for this role)
• There are no formal qualifications required for this role.
