Influencer-led advocacy is a key pillar of focus for TUI and our newly formed influencer division. This makes it an exciting time to join as the business looks ahead to increase it’s position within the influencer industry, so we’re looking for someone with a innovative outlook, proactive mind-set and a can-do attitude.
As our Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing these projects to life and finding the right talent & creators for us to partner with. The Influencer Marketing Executive will take an active role in supporting the Influencer Marketing Manager with the planning & execution of all influencer & talent activity to deliver memorable and industry-leading campaigns.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Supporting the Influencer Marketing Manager to deliver the influencer marketing strategy across social & PR initiatives
- Delivering end-to-end campaign management from shortlisting talent, briefing, content delivery and reporting
- Building & developing relationships with influencers & talent agents in order to strengthen partnerships and grow our talent database
- Organising shoots & trips overseas for influencer activations, working closely with internal teams to plan these efficiently
- Partnering with other TUI channels (social, digital marketing, content, internal communications) to maximise exposure of influencer content
- Collaborating with platform partners to ensure influencer activity is integrated into wider marketing campaigns and is aligned to best practices
- Assisting in brainstorm & planning sessions to identify opportunities for influencer activity to support with business & communication objectives
- Taking responsibility for regular reporting on activity including setting clear performance goals and benchmarks
- Monitoring our annual budget and ensure we are accurately delivering against it
- Monitoring industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to ensure TUI is delivering industry-leading influencer campaigns
ABOUT YOU
- Experience of working with brands on social media management, influencer marketing, or PR activations that demonstrates strong organisation skills, campaign delivery and industry knowledge
- Strong project management skills including timeline management, budget management and reporting
- Extensive knowledge of platforms appropriate for influencer marketing such as Instagram & TikTok
- Ability to develop & nurture relationships with influencers & talent agencies
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects, stay calm under pressure and proactively approach more complex projects
- Confident at presenting and contributing to ideas with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
