Job Description

This new and exciting role which will be supporting our Markets & Airlines division. As the Head of People Analytics, you will contribute on setting the foundation for reporting to provide future-proof analytics. You’ll create efficiencies and transparency within Markets & Airlines by developing data-driven insights to make decisions and turn them into actionable insights to improve performance of our organisation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Drive the delivery of HR insights through Data Science, Controlling and People Analytics activities across Markets & Airlines and in alignment with the Global practice and strategy
  • Optimize and standardize people analysis, planning and reporting to support the HLRT and other stakeholders
  • Lead a team of People Analytics professionals to contribute to our data driven decision making strategy
  • Manage personnel cost / headcount planning and reporting process in alignment with Finance
  • Drive the implementation of People / HR KPI dashboards along with ad-hoc analysis to help steer the organization and optimise people processes
  • Create, maintain, and ensures quality assurance of key people data sets, reports, and metrics for Markets & Airlines
  • Proactively address data issues together with the Head of TUI People, working with teams to improve and maintain data quality for all systems
  • Deliver timely and useful reporting from our current systems for all stakeholders; troubleshoot issues with current reports and continuously improve reporting output
  • Align closely with the Head of HR Digital Solutions, the Head of TUI People, M&A HRDs and Finance
  • Act as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in Business Controlling or HR Controlling in an international environment, ideally paired with management experience
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level within a complex matrix organization and manage diverse stakeholder relationships
  • Advanced analytical skills and tools knowledge, ideally combined with advanced experience with HR management systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors), SAP BI, visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI), controlling tools (e.g. HFM) as well as MS Office, especially Excel
  • High affinity for data to generate superior insights driving the business and shaping the organization
  • Strong passion to solve business problems with data
  • Very structured, diligent and independent way of working leading to utmost accuracy and quality of analyses
  • Capability to build strong global teams having a strategic mind-set and driving our people analytics agenda
  • Ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations on current and future business needs
  • Comfortable with some European travel.
