Executive Assistant Chief People Officer (m/f/d)

Employment type:  Full time

Job Description

At TUI, we’re on a transformative journey to redefine our workplace through a progressive people strategy that prioritises digital innovation, engagement, and inclusivity. Since its launch in 2022, our people strategy has ushered in a new era of initiatives – from a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy to a global approach to talent acquisition. We’re enhancing the end-to-end employee experience and fortifying our business for the future.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will be directly involved in driving and shaping strategic initiatives that underpin our ambitions. You’ll work closely with the CPO, contributing to both operational and strategic projects on a daily basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a sparring partner to the CPO and the HR leadership team, providing insight into executive-level operations and actively participating in various HR disciplines.

ABOUT THE JOB

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to directly collaborate with the CPO and global HR leadership community. Our successful candidate will have a varied and challenging set of accountabilities, including:

  • Collaborating with the CPO and HR Leadership Team in conceptualising, planning, and managing strategic HR programmes aligned with our People Strategy.
  • Steering day-to-day HR operations and teaming up with key stakeholders across the Group.
  • Taking the lead on end-to-end projects or work streams within existing HR initiatives.
  • Preparing decision papers, reports, presentations, and speeches for internal committees, meetings, conferences, and external events.
  • Coordinating and managing all activities related to HR meetings, workshops, and the annual global HR leadership conference.
  • Conducting detailed ad-hoc analysis for the Executive Board.

ABOUT YOU

  • Ambitious with unconventional thinking, eager to identify new perspectives, find solutions, and bring about change.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex data relationships, define and execute complex analyses, and present insightful results that add value to stakeholders.
  • Reliable, confident, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Agile approach and the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel on an occasional basis.
  • Experience in leading international projects is desirable.
  • Completed university studies, preferably in HR, economics, or a related commercial field.
