Entertainment & Activities Team Leader

Job Description

Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as the Entertainment & Activities Team Leader at TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park, Sarigerme, Turkiye where you are responsible for the full leadership of the entertainment & fitness teams, as well as the development of the entertainment and activities programme in the hotel. You will lead a diverse and international team and ensure that all team members meet TUI standards and provides an excellent guest experience.

This role is open to hotel entertainment leaders/managers with proven experience in managing entertainment and daytime/evening activities in an international fast-paced hotel. The successful candidate needs to have a good standard of English, Turkish and German.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Lead an international team of entertainers, sports, and fitness specialists.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver daytime, sports, and evening entertainment for all hotel guests.
• Lead by example and ensure consistently high guest experience in line with TUI hotel brand standards.
• Build positive relationships across the resort and maintain strong guest interaction.
• Manage programme standards, team performance, and cooperation with other hotel departments.
• Provide support to Supervisors and ensure quality of all activities and entertainment.
• Report to the Hotel General Manager.

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced in hospitality or tourism.
• A fun, vibrant personality who can motivate others and work both independently and as part of an international team
• Highly organised with strong time management skills and comfortable collaborating across multiple hotel departments
• Storng leadership skills, able to collaborate with other Heads of Department and work as part of the hotel management team.
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to work well under pressure in a fast moving hotel setting
• Fully conversational in English and a good standard of conversational Turkish is required. Additional European languages are an advantage
