Job Description

Als Duty Operations Supervisor coördineer en monitor je alle operationele processen op de luchthaven en houd je toezicht op de dagelijkse luchthavenactiviteiten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Station Account Manager.

OVER DE JOB

  • Je coördineert, ondersteunt en monitort Self-Handling activiteiten voor TUI vluchten.
  • Als vertegenwoordiger van TUI op de luchthaven tijdens je shift, ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle partijen.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met alle relevante partijen om vertragingen te voorkomen en on-time vertrekken te garanderen.
  • De link tussen cockpit- en cabinecrew en grondafhandelaars? Dat ben jij.
  • Je houdt toezicht op correcte vliegtuiglading volgens de geplande specificaties.
  • Veilige en nauwkeurige tankprocessen vallen onder jouw supervisie.
  • Je werkt met verschillende airline- en IT-systemen.
  • Het handhaven van de hoogste veiligheids- en beveiligingsstandaarden is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Operationele problemen rapporteer je aan de relevante afdelingen.

  • Je hebt sterke IT- en computervaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden kenmerken jou.
  • Een hoog niveau van professionaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Flexibiliteit zit in je DNA – je bent bereid om in een 24/7 shiftsysteem te werken.
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en een kalme aanpak onder druk maken jou de ideale kandidaat.
  • Een klantgerichte mindset en solide commercieel bewustzijn zijn essentieel.
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
