Job Description
Are you ready to embark on a journey in the world of hospitality, travel, tourism and bring the mountains to life for our Crystal Ski guests?
If you can communicate with guests and suppliers in a professional manner whilst always remaining calm and in control with a reassuring smile, and you hold a valid EU passport, this could be the winter job you are looking for.
Please note that we only have positions availbable at the moment for candidates with a valid manual driver's license and a minimum age of 21 are required.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You deliver exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until departure ensuring everyone is happy.
- On transfer days, you will see off our departing guests and be ready to greet our new arrivals either at the airport or in resort, updating them in the event of delays and taking care of any special requirements and supporting in crisis situations.
