If you can communicate with parents and suppliers in a professional manner whilst always remaining calm and in control with a reassuring smile this could be the winter job you are looking for.

*For this position, you will need to hold an EU passport, have a recognised childcare qualification, and be available to work with us until 6 April 2026. After this date, there may be an opportunity to transfer to one of our beach destinations if you are interested.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 6 Months - 8 years which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
• You ensure that our high standards for Childcare and Health & Safety guidelines are always followed, including the registration of the kids.
• You participate in weekly welcome meetings and end of week presentations.
• You will also liaise with ski school suppliers and hoteliers to make sure all needs are met.
• You ensure as well that the needs for all children are met from the point they are dropped off; getting them ready for ski school; planning afternoon activities; and making sure all the basics are covered like feeding and changing the younger children.
• You can easily build a rapport with parents and deliver daily feedback on their child’s day including progression feedback from their ski lessons.

ABOUT YOU

• You have a passion for the mountains with experience or an interest in skiing, snowboarding and winter outdoor life.
• You genuinely love and have experience of working with kids, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians/suppliers.
• For this position, you need to have a UK recognized or equivalent childcare qualification/education to work with 0–8-year-olds, and ideally a valid paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• You have a fun and vibrant personality with the ability to work solo and as part of an international team.
• You have the willingness to learn and commit and you are a fully adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You hold or can obtain an EU passport and are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful.
