Job Description

We're looking for a creative storyteller and social-savvy marketer to bring our brand to life across Portuguese-speaking markets. You'll craft compelling content, build meaningful partnerships, and connect with audiences from Portugal to LATAM—all while keeping our tone authentic and our campaigns performing.

This is a maternity cover role for up to 9 months

The role will be published until 19th of February

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll create and localise content for our website, app, and social channels—from landing pages and banners to destination guides and push notifications.
  • Managing our social media presence is key: planning posts, engaging with our community, and keeping the conversation going in a way that feels genuine and on-brand.
  • The app content is yours to own and update, ensuring Portuguese-speaking users get tips, guides, and UX copy that's helpful and culturally relevant.
  • Leading our influencer marketing strategy means identifying the right voices, briefing collaborations, and managing 10–15 activations each quarter.
  • Building and nurturing brand partnerships with travel brands, media outlets, and tourism boards will help amplify our reach and credibility.
  • Tracking performance is part of the process—you'll monitor social insights, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI to keep improving what we do.



ABOUT YOU

  • You're a native Portuguese speaker with exceptional writing and editing skills that bring content to life.
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or influencer marketing is essential.
  • Staying on top of social media trends and understanding paid and organic collaboration models comes naturally to you.
  • Experience managing mobile app content or UX copy is a real plus, as is familiarity with the travel, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
  • You're proficient in English (and Spanish is a bonus), with a detail-oriented mindset and a strong sense of brand voice.
  • Creativity, collaboration, and a passion for connecting with audiences are what drive you forward.
