
Job Description
This exciting new role reports into the Company Secretarial Manager, who reports directly to the Head of Company Secretariat. Under the guidance of the Company Secretarial Manager and Head of Company Secretariat, you will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of TUI subsidiary entities.
This role provides a huge variety of exposure to corporate governance and compliance and would suit someone with the relevant experience who is keen to grow and learn as part of a team that is rapidly extending its influence into shaping the corporate governance of the business.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Providing support to the Company Secretarial Manager and Head of Company Secretariat in the overall provision of company secretarial services to the TUI Northern Region entities.
- Maintaining electronic statutory records via Diligent Entities platform and hard copy statutory books.
- Assisting with annual statutory filings required at Companies House.
- Assisting with the annual company health checks.
- Ensuring all documents, minutes, resolutions, and agreements are correctly filed in SharePoint and or Diligent Entities with the appropriate naming convention.
- Maintaining the Authorised Signatory framework.
- Working closely with PAs and Assistants in the wider TUI team to arrange and facilitate group/director signatures of documents as and when required.
- Arranging and facilitating signatures of documents as required by the wider TUI team.
- Managing invoices and expenses in line with TUI policies and procedures.
- Assisting on general queries in the central secretariat inbox and directing to the team as appropriate.
- Assist with requests from the wider TUI team for company statutory information and sourcing documents for the business and external parties i.e., corporate structure details, KYC checks and due diligence.
- Circulating calendar invites and placeholders for the UK&I Management Board Meetings.
- Collating and distributing the UK&I Management Board Packs within agreed timescales.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant company secretarial/administrative experience within legal/financial services or similar.
- Working knowledge of the UK Companies Act and UK Corporate Governance Code.
- Prior experience with Diligent Entities preferred.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with willingness to learn.
- Enthusiastic with a positive “can do” attitude.
- Competent with the use of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
