Job Description

This role is located at the TUI BLUE Makarska, Igrane, Croatia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Participates in preparing the kitchen for operation (kitchen area and equipment, storage rooms, refrigeration units, etc.)
• Prepares all types of dishes in accordance with procedures, professional standards, and both written and verbal instructions from supervisors
• Is responsible for the appearance and presentation of food and ensures dishes are served according to established procedures
• Processes and prepares meat, fish, and other meal ingredients
• Ensures that prepared meals meet quality standards
• Participates in the implementation of HACCP standards
• Applies agreed measurement and portion standards as outlined in recipes, production instructions, and menus
• Maintains personal cleanliness and hygiene, as well as the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment

ABOUT YOU

• Must be an EU Citizen to apply
• Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
• Great team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, responsible, and communicative individual
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• High school diploma / vocational qualification
