This exciting opportunity is open to individuals with an EU passport who are ready to relocate to Austria or Italy, by 01.03.2026.

ABOUT YOU

  • A true people person with excellent communication skills, proven management experience and confidence to performance manage the good and bad that comes with a team.
  • German language skills are mandatory, other languages are advantageous.
  • A professional who has excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and the flexibility to multitask and adapt when necessary.
  • Willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it.
  • You need to have experience working with children and leading a team. A childcare qualification is preferred but not required.
  • you must hold a valid manual driving licence, be 21+, and be willing to drive abroad.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will be leading and developing your team to ensure that childcare delivery in your area offers a varied, innovative, and creative programme in a fun and safe environment In line with all handbooks, policies, and procedures. Your team may be located across geographies meaning travel would be required.
  • You will work as part of the wider team with childcare management responsibilities in terms of training, supporting staff qualifications, financial management and day-to-day liaison with hotel employed staff. You will do this by building and maintaining strong relationships with the hotel management, childcare & operations team, staff, and guests.
  • You will also take accountability for ensuring that inventory, stock control and quality requirements are met and achieved. You will escalate any discrepancies when necessary.
  • Finally, you will be the childcare specialist and use your knowledge, decision making, planning and expertise to assist with all childcare queries and make innovative suggestions for future delivery based on staff and guest feedback
  • This position is one year fixed-term with guarantueed extension but potential location change.
