Calling all qualified Childcare with German skills!

We are seeking experienced individuals like you to join our diverse team of Kid Club & Baby Club Hosts, based at our TUI BLUE Sylt resort in Germany. If you have the right to work in Germany, speak German and English, and hold a recognised childcare qualification, then keep on reading!

• Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.
• A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 2,700€ per month Gross
• Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform.

ABOUT YOU

• You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
• For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory.
  
• You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
• Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You are fully conversational in German and English, any additional languages are beneficial.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
• Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
• Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.
