  • This is a strategic role where you'll spearhead the implementation of the oneCAMO framework for TUI Airline's EASA AOCs, conducting gap analyses, formulating strategic roadmaps and actively engaging with regulatory authorities to ensure seamless compliance and integration.
  • Leading hazard identification, risk assessment and management within CAMO and DOA.
  • Overseeing the implementation of safety actions aimed at mitigating risks as outlined in our safety action plan
  • Generating periodic reports on CAMO and DOA safety performance for the safety review board
  • Ensuring appropriate safety training is available and meets acceptable standards

  • Conducting meticulous gap analyses for the successful implementation of a harmonised management system across all TUI EASA AOCs.
  • Engaging with relevant authorities to ensure implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements for oneCAMO.
  • Overseeing project planning and execution to guarantee timely delivery within budget.

ABOUT YOU

  • You'll have a relevant engineering degree as per CAMO.A.305(c) or an additional 5 years' experience, along with 5 years of relevant work experience (including at least 2 years from the aeronautical industry).
  • You'll bring solid expertise in aviation safety standards, safe operating practices and familiarity across a representative sample of aircraft types.
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial aviation regulations including Part-145, Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-21
  • Strong understanding of Human Factor principles and Safety Management Systems based on EU requirements and ICAO Annex 19.
  • Ability to cultivate effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data management, analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Experience promoting a positive safety culture and expertise in risk management and safety investigation techniques.
  • Flexibility and team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
