Job Description


As a Business Leisure Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for organising all aspects of business and leisure travel arrangements. This includes booking a range of travel services for crew, ground staff and other customers while maintaining a high service standard in the most cost-efficient way. You will act as a central point of contact for all travel-related matters and ensure a smooth, policy-compliant, and professional service.

We are happy to consider this opportunity on a hybrid working model basis with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite and/or in line with local office attendance requirements (whichever is higher)

ABOUT THE JOB

As our Business Leisure Travel Specialist, you will:

  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, hotels, trains, rental cars and transfers for employees and clients aligned with travel policies, tax implications, external regulations and preferences ensuring consistency and quality of service
  • Ensure accurate financial administration of all the above-mentioned travel bookings in line with budgetary constraints, including cost tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand travel needs and provide travel solutions
  • Maintain relationships with travel service suppliers to ensure quality and reliability
  • Contribute to the Crew Travel team by providing feedback and support on projects, supporting alignment and identify opportunities to enhance the crew travel processes, policies, tools, documents and workflows by driving innovation, operational efficiency & digitalization initiatives within the travel area
  • Support the onboarding and systems/process training for new starters

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in a travel coordination or administrative role (preferably business & leisure travel)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English; excellent communication skills in either German, Dutch or French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and travel booking systems
  • Experience working with myIDTravel would be highly regarded
