We're looking for an Accommodation Revenue Coordinator - Long Haul West to join our team and help us maximize our market share across multiple regions by managing competitive rates, availability, and strategic hotel partnerships.

The role will be published until Monday, 18th of May

These roles sit within the Accommodation, Product & Sourcing.

The location is flexible; however, you must be based in one of the source markets or destinations covered by the role.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more.
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll source special offers and discounts across relevant destinations and regions, working with various sourcing methodologies including wholesale and channel managers.
  • Managing availability initiatives is key—you'll ensure optimal inventory control and distribution to maximize revenue by challenging stop sales, requesting extra allocation, and reducing release periods.
  • Supporting regional trading performance means monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to implement strategic pricing and availability decisions.
  • Building and maintaining strong hotelier relationships is at the heart of this role, providing dedicated support on availability management, pricing strategies, and offer implementation for mutual commercial success.
  • You'll implement systematic tracking of availability, bed to seat ratios, and offers activity, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders for data-informed decision making.
  • Monitoring and overseeing hotel partner actions within our sourcing systems ensures minimum impact on sales, while you'll communicate shortfall risks and work with sourcing and yield teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

  • You bring proven commercial acumen and highly analytical thinking to the table.
  • Proven numerical reasoning skills help you make data-driven decisions.
  • Your effective negotiation, persuasion, and feedback skills enable successful partnerships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills come naturally to you.
  • A service-oriented mindset with strong customer focus drives your approach.
  • You're skilled at time management and process orientation, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly are essential.
  • Proven experience working within the travel industry or tour operator environment is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills are essential, with local language skills being desirable.

From a workplace to a place to belong. At TUI we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging everyone to come as you are, because together, our potential is limitless.

We are committed to supporting candidates with disabilities and impairments so if you require any support, please do let us know.
