Job Description

Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our next-gen CX team! This role will focus on providing an excellent customer experience by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge in the financial industry.

Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

In this role, you will:

  • Work for The Nets Group - a leading modern provider of digital finance and payment solutions to businesses in Northern Europe.
  • Respond to customer queries related to transactions, invoices and bank card terminals in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge around business finance and how transactions work.

What we are looking for:

  • Danish language proficiency at C1+ level/native.
  • English language proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Availability to start on the 26th of August 2024,
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Multitasking abilities.
  • Eager to learn in the field of business finance.
  • Fast and correct work with numerical data.
