Job Description

Description

Tomorrow is a collection of companies that build better, faster, smarter solutions, to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Made up of some of the smartest minds, Tomorrow is shaping the future of digital experience, today.

Braidr is a data technology company that puts insight behind every marketing decision. Helping CMOs create elevated brand experiences by bridging the gap between business and marketing with the help of technology, Braidr solves a multitude of data problems through integration, analytics and insight to create new structures, more valuable than the sum of their parts. www.braidr.ai

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business in a senior role, solving problems and productising our solutions, globally. By acting as a bridge between business and marketing, we braid data and technology strands to enable better, faster, smarter investments and a greater return from marketing spend. As a fast-paced, future-thinking business, Braidr employs the best of the best to ensure success beyond expectation.

As an experienced problem solver, with an analytical/consultancy background and strong familiarity with the digital analytics & advertising space, you will play a key role in crafting and delivering Braidr's data solutions, ensuring our clients are receiving objective-led deliverables that are impactful, future thinking and always elevating digital experiences. Working in Braidr has all the perks of a start-up set-up (but none of the pains, as we’re part of a larger group that backs and supports us operationally).

What the role entails:

  • Problem solving on steroids – you will need to have a top level understanding of measurement, systems integrations and data science and be a master braider of solutions to create the perfect package for our clients. This means you may be needed in the sales process, client meetings, client leadership. This also means that you will be at home in the digital marketing space and understand the levers clients have at their disposal to create their ecosystem (tools, platforms, channels, etc.)
  • Delivering high quality outcomes - you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the delivery of best-in-class data solutions, from solution design to project delivery. You'll be responsible for meeting client requirements on time, liaising with the internal & external project owners and predicting and escalating risks or issues as appropriate.
  • Exponent of excellence to our clients – Our technical ability is top shelf, but we’re looking at you to enable us to showcase this. You will be required to act as a top-level consultant on each account and ensure each client is getting the best experience with Braidr - you will act as the enabler of technical excellence across data science, analytics and tech, working alongside a technical analytics expert or a data science expert to ensure the client’s problems are resolved at the speed of light and at best practice. You will be leading the strategic partnerships already in place ensuring they are getting best in class service, pushing innovation their way, ensuring our partnership and joint offering grows and thrives.
  • The glue between Tomorrow and Braidr - You will be representing team Braidr to any Found/Disrupt prospect/client – we’ll need you to participate and collaborate with the Found team in newbiz, client QBRs, delivery of Braidr services. We value the Found relationship greatly as it’s our endless source of problems to solve – and we thrive in problem solving.
  • Pseudo-SASS selling – As a top level consultant, you may spot an opportunity to solve a problem via one of our technology platform offering – SERPR or Kingmakr. You will also have plenty of opportunity to shape the products as you’ll get first-hand feedback from clients.
  • Product managing the service delivery teams - we have had the luxury of acting like a boutique consultancy during our shaping in Found. This has led to a lot of amazing problems being solved. In order to scale, we need to identify the most impactful ones and package them in order to scale our offering – this will be part of your role – an ever-evolving productising endeavour.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Google Analytics, including experience in web / app implementation, or experience as an Analytics Consultant / Expert, including production of reports and dashboards
  • Working knowledge of BigQuery and preferably SQL
  • Analytical mindset, keen to apply data to challenges
  • Detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated, good organisation is paramount
  • Curious and eager to learn, able to challenge and recommend solutions to problems
  • Flexible, versatile and works well under pressure
  • Collaborative, works well in a team, understands that the sum of our parts is better than the individual
  • Strong interest in new marketing technologies & the digital industry
  • Interest in working in a small, growing team

Benefits

  • A culture like no other: We have a pretty flat structure and certainly want everyone to have a voice regardless where in the world they may be and regardless of where in their career development they may be. We have a culture of excellence – our team is hungry to develop, they are never static and being the best is in everyone’s DNA.
  • A launchpad to something amazing: We’re just getting started with Braidr/Serpr/Kingmakr – you get to join the Braidr Team Zero and shape your career and the company at the same time.
  • A vision to put insight behind every marketing decision.
  • Values that we live and breathe:
    • Always be helpful (your input should always have an impact on your clients or on your team)
    • Be curious! (Go above and beyond; never stop learning. Challenge the status quo and push the limits of understanding what is possible)

  • Flexible Working
  • Personalised Career Development
