THE ROLE
As a PPC Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for the day to day running of your clients’ campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient implementation and execution of tasks, always delivering to a high standard.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for campaigns’ activation, optimisation and reporting
- Regularly undertake account audits to improve performance
- Undertake account hygiene checks
- Keyword gap analysis to identify areas of opportunity and account expansion
- Check daily budget pacing and escalate any issues to the PPC Account Manager and/or PPC Account Director
- Analysing return on investment of all PPC campaigns and reporting to the PPC Account Manager and/or PPC Account Director
- Conduct A/B testing to improve performance
- Monitoring client competitors PPC campaigns and reporting on keyword coverage and messaging used
- Respond to client communications, where applicable
- Manage large, complex accounts
- Identify areas of opportunity and present to the PPC Account Manager and/or PPC Account Director
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reports and QBRs, gathering data alongside insights
- Complete any ad hoc reporting requested by Clients or Account Managers
- Contribute to weekly client calls including preparing performance results with insights, present these, write up and share any actions
- Contribute to client meetings, providing insights on performance
- Work with the Account Manager to understand client approach and goals, planning daily, weekly and monthly activity on your accounts
- Manage tasks assigned to you, flagging any issues or delays to delivery
- Understand the account plan and how your own activity contributes to this
- Keep up to date with the latest changes in the paid landscape and ensure these are communicated clearly internally
- Keyword optimisation and mining, ad copy creation, device optimistation and audience bidding
- Provide data insights and analysis to improve account efficiencies and drive ROI for clients
