As a Digital Project
Manager, you are the glue that holds and drives digital projects, responsible
for developing, communicating, and leading project plans, touching on all
milestones in between. From initial planning and strategy through to
development, testing, and launch, you will be instrumental in coordinating and
guiding the full digital project lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with numerous
cross functional teams, clients, partners and vendors, this role requires
strong organisational and communication skills in managing timings and the
deliverables within those timelines. This role is also a first line of defense
for ensuring requirements are gathered, documented and adhered to from actual
development build.

Digging deeper on the details

·      
Supports Sr Project Managers on large scale programs and acts as digital
delivery lead on medium/small activations

·      
Act as the central point between internal cross teams, managing necessary
inputs/approvals from applicable teams (e.g. Account, Creative, Analytics,
Legal, Strategy, Security, Promo Ops, etc.)

·      
Build project timelines based on internal and external inputs

·      
Document and prioritise workflow across the project team (strategy,
creative, technology, analytics, legal, security, external vendors, etc.)

·      
Documents and manages project requirements, such as business requirements
and partner requirements

·      
Works within technical agile process to review user stories written by the
business analyst and prioritises sprint work in Jira through ticket backlog

·      
Manage and steer project processes, ensuring on-time and on-budget
delivery

·      
Prepare and/or present concepts, documents and program information such as
client reviews, legal reviews, security reviews, etc.

·      
Monitor and provide timely status updates to the team regarding project
progress against proposed plans including, timelines, build status, quality
criteria, and risk management

·      
Manage and control project scope and the change management process

·      
Act as an internal quality control check for the program(s), for accuracy
and ensuring it meets client requirements and standard methodologies. This
includes quality control checks of creative and beta sites

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

·      
3-5 years in digital project management in an agency environment

·      
Understanding of how digital programs and experiences are implemented
(i.e. mobile applications (Android and iOS), large-scale
promotions/sweepstakes, and social media executions is preferrable)

·      
Highly collaborative, able to successfully interact with clients and work
lockstep with cross functional teams to deliver project deliverables

·      
Comfortable working with UX/UI and technology resources

·      
Familiar with project management softwares such as Confluence, Jira,
Smartsheet, Teams, Slack, etc.

·      
Ability to manage multiple programs

·      
Able to present complex ideas clearly

·      
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and develop
relationships

·      
Digitally savvy; Unafraid to dive into new platforms and acquire new
knowledge
