Job Description

Threads Styling is looking for a Paid Media Manager to sit within the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and supporting the overall Global Digital Marketing strategy. The team is data driven and projects will span platforms , devices and technologies and will have a wide business impact across all digital touch points.

The Paid Media Manager will take charge of implementing strategies in Search (Google Adwords), Social Advertising (Meta, Pinterest, Snap) and Display Retargeting.

The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for delivering business objectives across all PPC campaigns. Key to the role is a best-in-class understanding of how to translate the Digital Marketing Managers directions into successful paid marketing campaigns.

Salary for this role is between £40-45k and dependent on experience.

Flexible Working Policy

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 3/4 days a week together in the office.

We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Conduct keyword research, own the extensive keyword document and collaborate with in-house copywriters to create campaign ad copy.
  • Continuously develop and build target audiences including identifying target audiences through comprehensive market research.
  • Ensure granular control over traffic allocation through SQR review, keyword expansion, negative keywords, etc.
  • Maintain channel-specific processes, such as campaign briefing, creative feedback, planning, auditing, optimisation and reporting whilst setting appropriate account KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Conduct A/B tests to understand which audience and communication structures work best to reach global business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities across channels including (but not limited to) Google Ads Suite, Meta Ads, SEO and Affiliates.

You Have:

  • Experience of delivering PPC campaigns in a global organisation is essential.
  • Strong analytical and strategic experience and understanding of A/B testing practices, an ability to draw conclusions from tested data and take action accordingly.
  • Great attention to detail with strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Tableau and Google Analytics suite, and a drive to continuously test new platforms.
  • Expertise in paid media best practices, including media buying, audience segmentation, keyword analysis, copy and design approaches.
