Job Description

As our Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be comfortable working with large data sets, and can navigate errors to cleanse the data to ensure it is meaningful. This will be used to produce margin and commission analysis. Your working style needs to be agile and comfortable meeting tight deadlines. Reporting to our Commercial Finance Manager, you will have great interpersonal skills and work closely with our Data and Sales teams working towards tight deadlines.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2 days a week together in the office.

We regret that we are not open to fully remote applications right now for this reason, but what we can offer is a flexible working approach which can be discussed per role and a host of team cultural activities and treats in our office.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Interrogate large data sets, identify errors, cleanse data and map accordingly
  • Maintain margin performance reporting models and provide variance analysis
  • Produce the commission’s analysis output on a monthly basis
  • Amend Netsuite rules to ensure the latest Sales environment is reflected in the system

You Have:

  • Advanced Excel skills and have complex formula knowledge paired with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience calculating and processing complex commission and bonus payment rules
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, or other similar ERP system.
  • Ability to create saved searches and rules to extract relevant data
  • Excellent time management skills and can work to the Finance timetable, tight deadlines and plan systematic processes and tasks accordingly
