We’re seeking an Inbound SDR to help us scale Ben in a world of legacy ‘flexible benefits’ platforms that are far from flexible. You will be the frontline voice of Ben for new sales conversations. Working within the Sales team, you will work closely with our Growth/Marketing team and Founders to help qualify, nurture and grow the sales pipeline. We will help you develop qualification best practices that will ensure our long-term scalability. You'll work towards weekly and monthly targets and evaluate different approaches for efficiency and effectiveness to find the best strategic sales processes.
This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about starting a career in Technology sales, and who later down the line, may want to move into an outbound BDR role, move into sales, or join our customer success team supporting our ever-growing clients.

What you'll be working on
Manage our inbound sales pipeline -
Qualifying prospects against our ICP and target regions
Understanding the prospects pain and where Ben can add value
Assign and schedule calls with the Sales team
Research & chase leads our growth team produce with prospects who have engaged with Ben
Do research on companies that you’re talking to; understand them, their market, and their situation.
Holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
Managing your diary to ensure we respond quickly to prospects wanting to talk to us, but also ensure time is spent on development and working with the sales team on additional low-hanging fruit prospecting opportunities
Understanding Ben, our market, our competitors, and our differentiators.
Evangelising in early-stage conversations about how Ben helps companies make benefits brilliant and use customer stories to bring this to life.
Making the role your own - bring energy, fun, a can-do attitude and a growth mindset in order to excel in the role.
Delivering results: Pursue both individual and team goals and work towards monthly targets and KPIs
Contributing to the foundations of a growing world-class sales team: Bring your sales skill set to the table and help us create the foundations for a high-performing team
We think you will excel in this role if you are
Extremely organised - you’ll be owning and managing ‘hot’ sales pipeline and tracked on KPIs; so it’s critical that you can prioritise your work and manage time effectively
Highly motivated by targets - you’ll have a strong drive to succeed and hit your weekly and monthly KPIs
Passionate about sales - you’ll genuinely care about helping people find the right solution, and you’ll have a proactive approach to expanding your knowledge of our product offering and our market
Knowledge of systems would be a bonus - it would be great if you have a working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesloft, Cognism and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, but this isn’t a deal breaker!
Excellent verbal and written English is essential - you’ll be communicating with our potential customers on a daily basis
Driven, motivated and team orientated - you’ll be a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a rapid pace and wants to make a difference
