As an Implementation Executive at Ben, you will be configuring the platform to suit customer needs and have a real desire to provide configure the platform to create the best and most efficient onboarding experience possible!
Whilst not being a customer-facing role, this role has a huge impact on customer experience and, ultimately, towards Ben's long-term success!

Things you will be working on…
Working closely with our Implementation Managers to understand customer requirements and provide a seamless onboarding experience to our customers
Configuring Ben’s platform to meet customer requirements including benefit and allowance rules such as eligibility, contributions, enrolment windows, pricing, documentation and more
Preparing customer data to import into the Ben platform
Auditing the platform configuration and employee data ahead of go-live
Working closely with our Customer Success, Operations and Support Teams to review existing customers’ configurations, update benefits following renewal and adding new ones when required
Configuring integrations with our customers HR / Accounting / Authentication stack
Working with our Product and Tech teams to report configuration limitations and find new ways to implement and optimise processes and configuration setups

A basic understanding of information security and how to apply it to sensitive information and customer data

SaaS implementation or Benefits/HR Tech experience (nice to have)
