Job Description
We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best loved food and drink brands every single day and provide the best experience to our customers.
We are looking for Warehouse Operative to join our team with a real can-do attitude who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

- Are you flexible in working a 5-day rolling rota shift pattern where you are contracted to work weekends and Bank/Public holidays?

As a Warehouse Team Member, the role is not just about picking the right products for delivery, but ensuring our customers get the best service and all products are received in immaculate condition.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week which may include Saturdays and public holidays.
Potential Overtime available.
- Ensure all stock is bulked up, shrink-wrapped and loaded correctly, which enables the Driver to unload the vehicle, according to the order of drops
- Responsible for ensuring that all pallets are securely wrapped and in the correct position before they are loaded onto vehicles, avoiding collision with other pallets or vehicle sides
- Ensure the manoeuvring of pallets onto the back of a vehicle is at a suitable speed, dependent on the size of the load
- Keep surrounding area clean and free from obstacles
- Be aware and comply with all fire safety procedures, including maintaining clear fire exits and escape routes
Health & Safety is vital within this role therefore you will be expected to comply with all requirements of the Health and Safety policy and procedure including safety checks of all equipment before use and wearing Personal Protective Equipment. Safety starts with you!
