This is a highly collaborative and influential role where you will advocate for human-centred design, mentor others and contribute to building a strong design culture across the organisation.

  • Contributing to and evolving the organisation’s design system
  • Supporting, mentoring and providing feedback to other designers
  • Promoting accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Helping build a positive, collaborative and high-performing design culture
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX expertise across web, responsive and native design
  • Experience delivering high-profile design projects within complex or enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end UX processes including research, journey mapping, wireframing and usability testing
  • Solid experience designing accessible products, ideally aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA standards
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro and other modern design/collaboration platforms
  • Strong collaboration skills with product, engineering and research teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Ability to mentor and support junior designers and promote best practices
  • A passion for solving complex product challenges with a user-first mindset
  • Interest in leveraging AI to enhance UX design processes
