This is a high impact leadership role focused on building a smarter, more agile Supply Chain across forecasting, ordering, replenishment, inventory management and supply chain planning.

You’ll lead analysts and supply chain specialists, building capability and delivering transformation that improves availability, reduces waste and optimises stock investment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Technology and Logistics to turn strategic opportunities into practical, measurable outcomes.

  • Developing Supply Chain strategies and future capabilities that support business growth, improve availability and reduce cost and complexity.
  • Supporting network design, inventory strategy and capacity planning decisions.
  • Developing business cases for transformational change and technology investment.
  • Shaping and delivering the future ordering and replenishment roadmap, using automation and intelligent decision support.
  • Improving forecast accuracy and inventory productivity.
  • Leading root cause investigations into availability, waste and inventory performance.
  • Acting as the business lead and product owner for key Supply Chain capabilities.
  • Defining requirements for future planning, forecasting and replenishment systems.
  • Working with Technology and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Leading the implementation and optimisation of Supply Chain planning technologies and new ways of working.
  • Championing automation, AI, advanced analytics and decision-engine capability where appropriate.
  • Leading the analytical agenda across strategic Supply Chain initiatives and turning complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Quantifying opportunities, measuring delivered value and providing insights that drive action and operational improvement.
  • Building, inspiring and developing high-performing teams, including coaching and developing future analytical and Supply Chain leaders.
  • Significant experience in Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale, FMCG or Logistics.
  • Experience leading teams and developing people.
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, ordering, replenishment, inventory management, availability and Supply Chain planning.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience developing strategy and translating plans into execution.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience with Supply Chain systems ownership and/or planning system implementation.
  • Experience in forecasting and replenishment transformation, inventory optimisation, network design or capacity planning.
  • Advanced data analysis experience using tools and methodologies such as SQL, R or Python.
  • Experience working with an enterprise Supply Chain Management platform would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with an enterprise-level Data Lake would be desirable but not essential.
