We’re looking for an IS Service Analyst – Supply Chain Systems to help keep our supply chain running smoothly and support the colleagues who rely on these systems every day.
As an IS Service Analyst, you’ll support and continually improve our supply chain systems, helping ensure they’re reliable, secure and easy to use. You’ll work closely with Technology colleagues, Supply Chain teams, and external partners to keep our systems performing at their best.
This role brings together day‑to‑day support, problem solving, testing change, and identifying opportunities to improve how we work.
You’ll be part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently from suppliers to depots and stores — helping us deliver great service for our customers.
In this role, you will:
Keep our systems safe, stable and compliant
- Follow established change management, governance and security procedures.
- Support regular system testing, including disaster recovery and patching activities.
- Ensure supplier contracts, licences and security requirements are adhered to.
Deliver brilliant service for our colleagues
- Investigate and resolve technical issues quickly and collaboratively.
- Own and drive problem management, including identifying root causes and testing fixes.
- Provide clear guidance, training, and support to users when needed.
- Produce reliable, timely management information.
- Work proactively with stakeholders to improve processes and remove inefficiencies.
Help us grow and improve
- Support system improvements and deliver changes that enable our business plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure value for money.
- Look for smarter, leaner ways of working that help us "save to invest."

Experience & knowledge

- Experience working with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Exposure to service management and problem‑solving processes.
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environments is helpful.
- Understanding of forecasting, replenishment or supply chain systems is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SQL, Work Query, Blue Yonder ASR/AWR, or AS400/iSeries is an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation or similar service management knowledge is useful (training can be provided).
