Job Description

At Tesco Mobile, everyones welcome. Were committed to creating an inclusive environment where people feel supported, empowered, and able to contribute their best. If youre passionate about APIs, modern engineering, and building secure, scalable digital ecosystems, this could be the role for you.

As an API Gateway Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining API solutions on the Apigee Edge platform. Youll work within the Tesco Mobile Engineering teama diverse and crossfunctional group responsible for both building and operating critical digital services.

Youll collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to create APIs that are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practice. Working as part of the API Chapter, youll initially join the central APIG squad, which is responsible for development, security, and operations of the API platform. As you grow, youll have the opportunity to rotate into other squads to deliver strategic outcomes.

Your work will help ensure seamless integration across systems and services, enabling highquality experiences for our customers.
