Responsibilities & Duties:
The core function of the Senior Account Manager is simple: to take responsibility for the overall commercial growth of your account base, paying particular attention to our highest-grossing clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Closing sales opportunities within your account base in line with ambitious quarterly revenue targets
- Focussing on the close account management of identified ‘Key’ and ‘Development’ accounts, capable of +50% YoY revenue growth
- Creation of strategic growth plans for each ‘Key’ account, including but not limited to:
- Mapping of decision-makers and key contacts
- Mapping of organisational structure (e.g., regions, countries, units, departments where budgets are held, etc.)
- Collaborating with the Marketing department on targeted, bespoke account-based marketing campaigns to drive increased usage of Strengthscope®.
- Helping clients align their use of Strengthscope® to their People and business strategy through conducting data focussed quarterly business reviews
- Collaborating with the Training & Integration team and the client to drive successful project outcomes through design, delivery, and evaluation.
Skills & Attributes:
If you have a mix of the following skills and attributes, you might be just who we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience of, and comfort with, holding an individual revenue target: this doesn’t daunt you and you’re ready for the challenge!
- Demonstratable experience and success managing high-spend ‘key’ accounts: you know where to spend your time to gain maximum impact
- Energy and pride for building long-lasting and impactful client relationships
- A team player that is ready to pitch in and help others: we’re a small but growing team – collaboration both within the sales team and with other departments is key to success
- You have a growth mindset, and you are humble: you accept that things aren’t always perfect, and you look for solutions to help with continuous improvement across the business.
