The Role
We're looking for a Head of Security to join our wonderful team in Bangkok! As the Head of Security, you will play a pivotal role in setting the direction for the company's security practices, ensuring that we meet industry regulations and maintain the trust of our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC2 audit preparation and certification process
• Stay up-to-date with local and international security regulations, ensuring ScreenCloud remains compliant
• Regularly liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Oversee the protection of the organization's infrastructure including networks, hardware, and server systems
• Ensure regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests are conducted
• Implement and monitor state-of-the-art security systems and protocols
• Collaborate with the software development teams to embed security in the software development lifecycle
• Review and approve security policies, controls, and vulnerability management systems for software applications
• Direct the creation, implementation, and maintenance of security policies and procedures for IT systems
• Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the installation of security technologies
• Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly
• Develop and deliver security training programs for all employees
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and threats, ensuring the organization's defences are proactive
• Incident ManagementLead incident response efforts, ensuring swift action and minimal disruption
• Regularly review and update the company's incident response plan

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IT Security
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Demonstrated experience of proven leadership capabilities
• Demonstrable experience with SOC2 audit and certification processes
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructural, software, and IT security
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
