What you'll build
Support Partner Co-Innovation Management through operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, AI-assisted automation, insights generation, and program communications.
Core Responsibilities
- Support strategic SAP partner programs by maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and following up on open actions.
- Help coordinate AI-related initiatives by tracking milestones, deadlines, and partner deliverables.
- Prepare weekly status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership and program teams.
- Create content for newsletters, internal communications, and partner updates.
- Identify repetitive tasks and help automate them using AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and other digital tools.
- Contribute to improving team processes and creating a more efficient and data-driven way of working.
Work alongside experienced colleagues and subject matter experts who will actively mentor and support you, helping you develop new skills while contributing to meaningful projects. You'll have the opportunity to join team calls, stakeholder discussions, and collaborative workshops, gaining first-hand insight into how strategic initiatives are managed across SAP.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science
- Language skills: Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in AI, automation, digital tools, and business operations.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 apps (Power Apps, Power BI)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with international stakeholders.
Where you belong
As part of the Partner Co-Innovation Management team, you will help drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of SAP's partner ecosystem, AI innovation, and cloud transformation. Our team works closely with SAP product teams, partners, and executive stakeholders to help bring innovative partner solutions to market while ensuring alignment with SAP's technology, AI, and compliance standards.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
