What you'll build


To support the GTM Team as part of the implementation and adoption of the GTM Data Quality Project, we are looking for motivated students and interns who are eager to gain insights into the inner workings of one of the most successful sales organizations.


The primary focus of this role is to support the quality assurance of customer master data. Using various available data sources, including IBP, CRM, Dun & Bradstreet databases, AI-based data sources, and others, you will help identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and structuring presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the visualization of complex topics and organizational structures.
  • Supporting various analysis and reporting activities that require advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and macros.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Creating and preparing communication content for different channels and audiences.
  • SharePoint knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.


In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues from Sales Operations, Sales, and other supporting business units. You will gain valuable insights into the planning, management, and execution of a large sales organization with more than 500 employees and over 120,000 customers and prospects across Germany.


We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) for a minimum period of 12 months, available to start as soon as possible. The position can be based in Walldorf, Frankfurt, München or Berlin.

What you bring

  • Student (m/f/d) enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Interest in understanding complex business processes and challenges
  • Interest in and/or experience with project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in business simulations and the visualization of large datasets is an advantage
  • Technical skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (required), Microsoft Teams, SAP CRM, SAP Analytics Cloud, Internet research, Mural or Miro, SharePoint, Power Automate
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Additional qualifications: Initial experience in managing, analyzing, or reporting on large datasets is considered a plus
  • Working from an SAP office is preferred but not mandatory for this Role

(LoB), and Customer Success Manager (S-CSM) Business Partner Roles. Together, these team enable operational excellence, support strategic initiatives, and help drive sustainable business success across Germany.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
