What you'll do
- Join our central team based in Walldorf (hybrid team setting) and closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
- Support the team in meeting preparation, workshop facilitation, moderation, and follow-ups
- Drive the development and implementation of organizational change initiatives and strategic projects for one of the core units at SAP with more than 10.000 employees
- Create transparency through data analysis & change monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
This role offers a broad and diverse array of learning and development opportunities:
- Learn about and implement change management methodologies incl. change monitoring
- Deepen your project management and communication skills
- Extend your network and visibility within SAP SE
As a student (f/m/d) your working hours will be flexible with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business informatics / psychology / administration or a related field (your motivation is far more important than your field of study!)
- Computer skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Soft skills: Creative and curious, can-do attitude, reliable, team-oriented, ability to drive topics independently and open-mindedly, analytical
- Others: First work experience gained (internship or working student position). Experience with transformation/change management topics is a plus. Skills in empirical research, data analysis or statistics are a plus

The Transformation Office is a highly motivated and collaborative team that drives strategic, people and culture-related topics across the Business Suite, Finance & Spend, Supply Chain Management, Private Cloud, and Industries, Globalization & Suite Marketing development units. We are therefore right in the heart of SAP and operate with and for units that are shaping the future of ERP with more than 10,000 employees. The team is now looking for 1 working student to drive and support transformational projects.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
