Where you belong
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized working student to support three teams within the Domain Data & AI. Based primarily at our SAP office in Rot, you will assist the teams with general administrative, organizational, and operational excellence activities.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in an international corporate environment, work closely with different teams and managers, and contribute to the smooth running of daily business operations.
What You’ll Do
As a Working Student – Team & Management Support, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative and organizational support to the managers and members of three teams within the Data & AI area
- Supporting Operational Excellence activities, including the preparation of team and management reports
- Creating presentations, summaries, and internal success stories
- Supporting the preparation and facilitation of team meetings
- Coordinating internal meetings with SAP employees as well as meetings with customers
- Scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms
- Supporting the organization of internal workshops, team events, and other meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail for the teams
- Maintaining and organizing relevant documents and administrative information
- Supporting additional organizational and administrative tasks as required
What You Bring
- You are currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
- You are available to work approximately 20 hours per week on average
- You have good organizational and time-management skills
- You are reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You feel comfortable communicating and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- You have good written and spoken English and German skills
- Previous experience in administrative support, event organization, reporting, or a corporate working environment is an advantage. Previous experience working in SAP is preferred.
- We will allow 40% mobile work according to SAP Flex Work Policy.
- Regular work should be done from SAP Office St. Leon-Rot.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
