What You’ll Build
Position title: Working student (f/m/d) - Support of Industry Business Unit Oil, Gas, and Energy
Location: Walldorf, Germany
Duration: from 1 year and more

Support IBU experts in their daily work by contributing to communications, events, and media initiatives, including application of AI in assignments:
- Coordinate and support international and regional events, including logistics, on-site assistance, and post-event follow-up
- Maintain a concise, up to date customer reference library to ensure easy access to case studies and assets
- Produce and edit multimedia content (video, podcast, blog posts) to showcase team expertise and customer stories
- Design marketing assets — banners, social cards, and flyers — aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Support SAP Oil, Gas, and Energy communities through content moderation, engagement, and knowledge sharing
- Assist with other communications and marketing tasks such as campaign execution, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (FH), studying: Media Management, Media Informatics, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Web design, or related field.
This position requires you to work from the Walldorf office. This implies living in the Rhein-Neckar-Region – or close to the headquarters. As the role includes onboarding and a learning process, we expect the applicant to consider a working period of 12-24 months or longer.
Required Skills:
- Ability to create engaging presentations and concepts
- Experience with video editing tools (ex. Camtasia, Canva, etc..)
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with social media channels (LinkedIn)
- Motivation to learn and engage with new technologies and innovations including day-to-day use and application of AI tools
- Basic knowledge in working with MS Office 365 (MS Teams, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel, MS SharePoint)
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Soft skills: Responsible, reliable, independent, and open-minded mentality, self-driven and highly motivated team player
- Working from the office in Walldorf is required
