Working Student (f/m/d) - Strategic Enablement & Roadshow Delivery for SAP Signavio BPM

Job Description

We help the world run better

At SAP, we enable you to bring out your best. Our company culture is focused on collaboration and a shared passion to help the world run better. How? We focus every day on building the foundation for tomorrow and creating a workplace that embraces differences, values flexibility, and is aligned to our purpose-driven and future-focused work. We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.

What you'll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will support the design and structure of enablement content, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to the successful, region-wide rollout of our program. In this role, you will also present the content to consulting teams across MEE, helping to share knowledge and foster engagement throughout the organization.

Our focus group plays a key role in supporting the successful adoption of SAP Signavio across the MEE region. We do this by equipping internal consulting teams and customers with structured knowledge, proven best practices, and strategic enablement formats.

WHAT TO EXPECT
• Contribute to a high-impact, strategic initiative aligned with SAP’s broader transformation goals
• Take an active role in delivering Roadshow sessions for customer-facing teams
• Support the coordination and smooth rollout of the Signavio BPM Strategy Acceleration across the region
• Develop and structure enablement content for the Signavio BPM Strategy Acceleration
• Prepare engaging communication materials, internal presentations, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with consultants from diverse countries, industries, and teams across the MEE region
• Gain valuable insights into strategic enablement, business process transformation, and cross-regional collaboration
• Join a unique, cross-functional, and cross-industry consulting initiative within SAP, fostering learning and connection

What you bring

• You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (f/m/d)
• Your field of study is ideally Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related area
• You are confident using MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint
• You are interested in topics like business process management, digital transformation, and knowledge sharing
• You enjoy presenting and feel comfortable engaging an audience during Roadshow sessions
• You have strong English communication skills; German is a plus
• You bring first experiences in content creation, program coordination, or communication — through internships, student projects, or similar activities
You are a curious, communicative, and structured team player who enjoys turning strategic ideas into clear, tangible outcomes. You bring fresh perspectives, are eager to contribute, and value working collaboratively across teams and regions.

Meet your team

The focus group you’ll be part of is based in the Engineering & Maintenance Germany unit. With our solutions in Design and Engineering, we support customers throughout the conception, implementation, and go-live of efficient product development processes. Key goals include introducing innovative new business processes, enhancing the customer experience, and increasing operational efficiency.
We are a team — and we live that spirit! This is reflected in our willingness to support one another and in our internal team events such as team labs and hackathons. We're looking for open-minded colleagues who bring great ideas and help shape SAP into an intelligent and sustainable company.

Staying curious and open to new topics, technologies, and solutions is especially important to us. We foster this mindset through long-term development planning, training, and other learning opportunities such as fellowships and work shadowing.

At SAP, we value an entrepreneurial mindset, encourage creativity, and are committed to building lasting relationships with our employees.
