What you'll do

Your will help sports customers in their digital transformation journey. As a Solution working student (f/m/d) you will focus on a day-to-day work by supporting SAP sports customers in their digital transformation by adopting and implementing SAP solutions like SAP Sports One, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Identity Authentication Services and several others. This includes end-user support and communication but also close collaboration with the internal SAP teams like product development, product management, services and support. Your goal is to support the business growth in the sports industry. You will balance your efforts between asset-creation for a scalable go to market and partner enablement materials.

An additional focus is on growing and scaling the business via partners and ecosystem. Therefor you work on establishing new partnerships and supporting partners with product knowledge transfer but also support in indirect sales-cycles.

This requires the generation of scalable enablement content (e. g. pre-configured demo-scenarios in SAP Sports One , customized and scalable SAP Analytics Cloud stories, enablement material for partners and customers, sales-guides for SAP and partner sales teams, industry winning plans, organization of industry specific infodays, participation and organization of external community meetings).

To make the long story short: your goal is to make SAP in the sports industry successful and support the Sports industry in their continuous efforts to improve in every aspect. Technology is an enabler to achieve new world-records in every Sport. Just do it!


What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Sport Science, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Passion for Sports
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Video-Production to create media assets and learning materials, ideally experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Sports One
  • Language skills: English (fluent) and preferably an additional language (e.g. German, Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic…)
  • Soft skills: Team player, strong communication & presentation skills, self-motivated in finding solutions for things that need to be done
  • Others: Experiences from previous working student engagements

Meet your team

The sports team is embedded in the broader organization of the Services Industry Team. Colleagues cover other services industries such as Entertainment, Media, Higher Education, Telco, Professional Services, Insurances, Travel and Transportation. This will allow you to collect insights from other industries and benefit from a huge set of industry expertise. As the size of your core team has undergone a reorganization and transformation the job requires an individual and independent working style. Creative process approaches are important to make your team and industry successful.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
