What you'll build
In your role as Security Compliance Education and Awareness Working Student, you will support the Security Awareness Team in running SAP's Security Awareness Program and help drive a strong security mindset across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating innovative security awareness campaign content to drive employee engagement across SAP
- Supporting copy writing and messaging strategies for awareness campaigns across various distribution channels
- Supporting reporting and feedback mechanisms to track engagement metrics across distribution channels
- Collecting and summarizing feedback from campaign formats and translating insights into concrete action items
- Supporting the planning and hosting of security awareness events, including SAP's annual Cybersecurity Month
- Support with creating micro-learning content and exploring new innovative security awareness content formats
What you bring
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Media Design, or a related field
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital content creation and storytelling
- Experience with tools such as Canva or Synthesia is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit; ability to work independently in a diverse team
- Remote work is possible; participation in regular onsite team meetings is welcome

The Security Awareness & Enablement unit drives Human Risk, and enables security and compliance across SAP. As much as we’re ensuring SAP compliance on the awareness and training aspect, our mission strives to raise security mindset, engage the workforce and support behavioral changes with a stronger security culture.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
