What you'll do

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate working student to support the SAP University Alliances Marketing and Communications team. The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Assisting in the setup of microsites and registration pages for academic events
  • Providing support for events at the SAP headquarters in Walldorf, such as the University Alliances Community Meeting and Research Day
  • Creating and publishing content on communication platforms, including blogs, articles, and social media posts that resonate with our target audiences
  • Aiding in the planning and writing of content for mailing communications and newsletters
  • Researching, developing, and delivering communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns, and events
  • Assisting in the production of marketing and event-related assets, including graphics/visuals, and videos
  • Managing community engagement tasks for the SAP Community
  • Continuously exploring new communication trends and identifying ways to implement them in collaboration with central teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize content leverage

What you bring

  • Student (m/f/d) at a University or a University of Applied Sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Marketing and/or Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or Management, Media Studies, Translation Studies or Applied Linguistics
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Interest in software and technology
  • Strong writing skill with attention to detail
  • Adobe Creative Suite skills (esp. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) skills are a plus
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proactive and possess a can-do attitude
  • Be a team player and passionate about marketing and communication topics
