What you'll do

As a working student of the Physical Security Operations team, you will play a critical supporting role. You will support the team in the following areas:

• Support all administrative activities to support the Operations team
• Oversee ticketing system and workflow tools for security tasks
• Maintain our internal communication platforms, e.g. SharePoint
• Perform checks for supplier topics, e.g. invoicing, orders, assessments, etc.

What you bring

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Student (f/m) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Safety and Security management
• Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools
• Advanced planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented
• Ideally previous internship experience
• Availbility to come to Walldorf office reqularly (location up to a distance of ca 50 km from the office preffered)

SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance (SGSC) strengthens SAP’s brand by driving trust in data and protecting people and assets. Within the SGSC organization, the department Global Physical Security protects SAP’s people, facilities, data, and other assets. As part of Global Physical Security, the Physical Security team Germany collaborates with key internal partners and external service providers to safeguard the interests of SAP’s key stakeholders, employees, facilities, critical assets and business processes, brand, image, reputation, and overall value-creating activities.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
