What you'll do

Working closely with experienced UX Designers in the Cloud ERP UX Design Team, your tasks will include:

• Participate in the development of personas and use cases to understand user needs and make design decisions
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to refine use cases
• Create and iterate on design proposals and prototypes
• Verify designs through reviews, validation, usability testing, and user interviews.

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Preferred Fields of study: Design, Digital Media, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology or comparable fields
• Experience in working with prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, Balsamiq etc.
• Advanced skills in English, German as a plus
• You have strong communication skills and are a natural team player
• You can effectively engage and convey ideas to cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
• Your understanding of fundamental design principles and human interaction principles is excellent
• Coming to the office in Walldorf or Berlin on regular basis (home office allowed)

Meet your team

As a working student (f/m/d) in the Cloud ERP UX Design Team, you work together with a highly motivated and creative team of international UX designers and UX researchers. Your team is responsible for driving application design activities for Cloud ERP business areas.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
