What you'll build
You will support the Strategic Customer Program MEE team in strategic and operational activities with a strong focus on pipeline management, analytics, and go-to-market execution. Your responsibilities will include preparing and structuring pipeline data, supporting reporting and analysis, contributing to business development initiatives, and assisting in the planning and execution of events and marketing activities. You will also support the preparation of management meetings, forecast calls, and business reviews.
Your work will directly contribute to improving transparency, data quality, and decision-making within the Strategic Customer Program MEE organization. By supporting pipeline management, reporting, and go-to-market activities, you will help drive more effective business planning, identify growth opportunities, and enable better strategic execution across key accounts.
You will work closely with the Strategic Customer Program MEE Business Office, Managing Partners, and account teams across multiple industries. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and a highly collaborative, international environment. You will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced team members while contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
You will gain hands-on experience in strategic account management, pipeline management, and business analytics within a global organization. You will develop strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication, as well as insights into business development and go-to-market strategies in a complex enterprise environment.
This role offers exposure to some of SAP’s most strategic customers within the Strategic Customer Program (SCP). You will be involved in high-impact topics such as forecasting, pipeline governance, and strategic initiatives, and support activities including events and internal engagement formats in an international SCP MEE setup.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: International Business Administration, Business Analytics, Communication Design, Digital Business or AI Management
- Computer skills: Powerpoint, MS Office, Co-Pilot, Claude
- Language skills: Fluent German and English
- Soft skills: Team player, Organizational talent, strong ability to work independently, feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment, eye for design, communicative, creative
- Obligatory: Reliability, independent, flexibility
- Other: First experience in a sales environment is a plus
- Working from the office in Walldorf, St. Leon-Rot, or Hamburg is required
