What you'll build

  • Financial Controlling: Manage financial controlling and analysis utilizing tools such as ERP, Excel, and DDT. Monitor budgets, prepare cost reports, and ensure financial transparency in close collaboration with the controlling team
  • Supplier Contract Management: Coordinate contracts with external suppliers via the Fieldglass platform in close collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring compliance and effective vendor relationships
  • Administrative Operations: Coordinate administrative operations including IT asset management, preparation of KPI reportings and creation of stakeholder presentations
  • Scrum Master Activities: Support the implementation and enforcement of agile processes across teams. Facilitate stakeholder communication, team coordination, and ensure adherence to agile methodologies within and across all team structures
  • Go-Live Management: Organize, coordinate, and monitor go-live activities to ensure successful transition to production. Manage communication and execution of all go-live related tasks
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes with a focus on defect management, go-live orchestration, and identification of additional improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency


What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or related field
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain detailed documentation and timelines
  • Strong conceptual thinking and analytical capabilities with ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and develop strategic solutions
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
  • Agile methodology knowledge with understanding of Scrum framework and agile process implementation
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems (ERP, Fieldglass, etc.), software development/programming (e.g. Java, Python, C++) and Atlassian software tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English at business proficiency level
  • Working from the office in Berlin once or twice a week would be required

With a focus on precision and efficiency, Deal Execution oversees key processes like deal qualification, pricing, contract management and renewal execution, ensuring timely revenue recognition and compliance with IFRS15 standards.

E-Commerce Platforms, as part of Deal Execution, is responsible for the technical design and implementation of all features and functionalities within our digital commerce platforms. Applications such as the SAP Store (www.sap.com/store) and the Partner Store collectively contribute to the digital distribution of comprehensive software solutions, enabling seamless access to our offerings across diverse customer segments and markets. Our stores are online channels for customers to buy SAP and partner solutions that span the applications cloud, analytics, database and technology portfolios in a simple click-through process.
