What you'll build

• As a Project Management Support Assistant, you will work closely with our project management team to assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on various projects. This role is perfect for a student who is interested in gaining experience in project coordination within a fast-paced SaaS environment and who excels in organization and communication.
• Project Coordination: Support the project manager with timelines, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing projects.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing project briefs, tracking project progress, and documenting any changes.
• Communication Support: Help facilitate project-related communication, both internal and external, to ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Data Management: Update project tracking tools and ensure data accuracy across all project documentation.
• Meeting Support: Attend project meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant team members.

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Language requirements: English fluent, German as a plus.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (e.g., timelines, deliverables).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
