What you’ll do

Face an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Munich and be part of our extensive student community. We are looking for a very structured, self-driven and highly motivated working student. Your role is crucial for smooth and successful operations at the Experience Center:

• Schedule customer, partner, university and internal visits and events in the Experience Center.
• Lead on communication with important stakeholders and partners to clarify planning requirements and expectations for the Experience Center visit.
• Support our Storyteller community and Experience Center team with tour preparations, customizations and bring content to live in the Center.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead on clearly defined projects.

What you bring

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious.
• Strong organizational skills

• Strong communication skills (fluent in German and English)

• Proactive
• Work experience is an advantage (e.g., internships, working student assignments)

We are looking for a student who supports us for 6 months and can be onsite in Munich/Garching. It is mandatory that you are enrolled at a university during these 6 months.

Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP’s brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Our team is responsible for the business operations at SAP’s Experience Center in Munich. We are planning and organizing an outstanding customer experience for customer visits and events. As a new center at SAP’s newly opened location in Garching, we are pioneering innovations and scaling best practices to other Experience Center locations around the world.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
