What you'll do

Join our amazing SAP Industry and Experience team to support the Head of Innovation & Sustainability IBU Energy and Utilities in her daily duties.
As a working student (f/m/d), you will help us have better and more valuable conversations with our customers and partners by providing support for the following tasks:

• Preparing customer meetings and conferences e.g. via research on latest information on customers to create a briefing document
• Slide deck generation for key notes
• Organize meeting schedule at events or
• Explore industry specific topics e.g. renewable energy to infuse these into our assets

You will join our latest innovation project in customer experience where prove your project management skills, help us deliver on our promises on time, and support to organize our setting.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Economics, computer science
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, plus creative in text, picture and video creation for social media assets
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German
• Soft skills: Explorative and can do mind set, team player, talent in organizing, good communication skills
• Locations: Hamburg or Walldorf

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
